The Family Place was established in Mt.Horeb Wisconsin by Carolyn Moynihan Bradt MSW, MFT, LCSW and Jack O. Bradt, MD Psychiatrist, Child Psychiatrist and Family Psychiatrist. Consultations and couples and family therapy are offered by appointment with Carolyn Moynihan-Bradt. She is also a clinical supervisor, a multigenerational coach and a family of origin expert. She has been on the faculties of Georgetown University in Washington D.C. in both Sociology and Psychiatry and was founding faculty of the Georgetown Family Center which became the Bowen Center for Family. She has published on Family Systems Therapy, Remarried Families, Child-Focussed Families, Dual Career Couples, Death in the Family, Separation, Divorce and Remarriage. She has taught at University of Wisconsin in the School of Social Work and given workshops at many Universities in the United States and Canada.
